Important: Children under the age of 18 are not authorized inside the Congress venue.

Congress Material Options

The EADV aims to be 100% eco-friendly during our next events by using as less paper as possible. We therefore kindly ask you to choose one of the below options which is most suitable for you during the registration process:
(N.B. Congress material includes: the Copenhagen Final Programme, Athens Second Announcement, Vienna First Announcement, Industry flyers and adverts)

OPTION 1 – Download the Congress material (App) on your personal electronic device – detailed information will follow in due course (deduction of EUR 50)
OPTION 2 – Collect EADV Tablet containing Congress material (App) – electronic format (no additional charge)
OPTION 3 – Collect EADV Bag containing Congress material – paper format (no additional charge)
OPTION 4 – Collect EADV Tablet and EADV Bag, both containing Congress material (electronic and paper format) – (charge of EUR 50)

Delegate Registration Fee includes:

  • Delegate badge
  • Admission to the EADV Scientific sessions
  • Admission to the Exhibition area, Satellite Symposia and Meet- the-Experts sessions to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) only
  • Possibility to collect ECMEC Credits on participation in EADV scientific sessions
  • Congress material and Certificate of Attendance
  • Admission to the Networking Symposium (07 October, 2015)
  • Admission to the Concluding Session (11 October, 2015)

 

Please note the following:

a) 1-day ticket: the daily rate cannot be requested more than one time.

b) Industry Participants: This registration category has been created to enable employees from the industry to have full access to events, (scientific sessions, industry sessions, exhibition)

 

c) Residents, Students and Nurses:

Resident: Person who is doing their internship or studies of his/her postgraduate medical training (up to specialisation in dermato-venereology)

Student: Person who is following courses at the university in order to get a degree in Medicine AND PhD students in a medical field

Nurse: Person employed in a hospital or clinic as a Nurse

The online registration application must be accompanied by written proof of status (date no older than 6 months from registration date); otherwise low fees will not be validated.

A Proof of Status is an official letter written and signed (by hand/ no electronic signature) by the head of department – hospital or academic institution – which confirms the status of the applicant. The document must be issued in English on official hospital/ university letterhead and must be submitted to the Registration Department before the relevant registration deadline. Once the online pre-registrations for the Symposium/Congress are closed, participants still wishing to register will need to bring their proof of status onsite, in order to benefit from the reduced fee.

N.B.: When letters, certifying status, are sent after the early/late registration deadline, the next registration fee will be applicable even when the registration is processed online and fully paid.

d) Sub Specialty Society Meetings: Access to the Sub Specialty Meetings only, no access to the Scientific Sessions.
